How does the booking process work?
Booking is simple just complete the online booking form. Once you fill that out with your preferred date, location, and number of guests, package and color theme. After confirming the details, we reserve your date and take care of the setup so everything is ready when you arrive.Do we need to bring anything?
No. Our setups include the décor, seating, tables, and styling needed for your event. You simply show up and enjoy the experience. If you would like to bring food, drinks, or other personal items, you are welcome to do so.How long does the picnic setup last?
Most picnic experiences are designed to last around two hours, which gives plenty of time to relax, enjoy the scenery, and take photos. If you would like additional time, we can discuss extended bookings.Where can the picnic be set up?
We can set up at many beautiful locations such as beaches, parks, waterfront areas, or other approved outdoor locations. If you have a specific place in mind, let us know and we will work with you to make it happen.Do you offer different color themes or styles?
Yes. We offer several color palettes and décor styles to match the mood of your event. Whether you want a romantic neutral setup, beach-inspired colors, elegant tones, or something soft and pastel, we can help design a look that fits your vision.What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather can sometimes be unpredictable. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for your event, we will work with you to reschedule for another available date.Do you provide food or drinks?
Yes we can! Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, or we can have it delivered and already ready by the time you arrive. We currently offer fruit plates & charcuterie boards. No. In addition to picnic setups, we also provide décor and setup for other small events such as birthdays, celebrations, and small gatherings. If you have a specific idea, feel free to reach out and we will see how we can help.Do you offer custom designs or themes?

We serve locations around Tallahassee florida and are happy to travel to many popular beaches, parks, and scenic spots. Travel distance may affect pricing depending on the location.How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one to two months in advance to guarantee availability. However, if you need something sooner, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.What Payment do we accept?
We take cash, Cashapp, and Zelle. If you have another form of payment please contact us.After Booking What Do I Do?
Nothing, we will contact you within 48 hours and confirm everything with you.What do I do after completing the Online Booking Form.
After completing the Online Booking Form we will reach out to you to confirm.What are all the steps up to the planned event?
First find what type of event and color theme you would like. Also consider if you would like any add-ons for an additional charge. After customizing your event you can complete the Online Booking Form. After completing the Online Booking Form we will reach out to you via text message or email, whichever you choose as preferred. After everything is confirmed with you to schedule your booking we require half the total price as deposit to secure your booking and prepare. This deposit is refundable if you cancel within 7 or more days away from the date of your event. For example if your event is on March 31st, you can cancel and get your deposit refunded if you cancel on March 24st or before. If you shedule an event that will began within 7 days of your desired event the deposit will be unrefundable if you wish to cancel. On the day of the booking we meet you at the desired location and time and collect the rest of the payment. At this time your event will be all ready for you to enjoy.
